de Bono Thinking 24x7 Product Support
The developer of the de Bono Thinking 24x7 software, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will provide technical support for the product via email. To report problems, dBT 24x7 users should write directly to the dBT 24x7 Support team (
dBT.support@tcs.com). The Support team will reply within one (1) working day.
To report a problem in email, users are required to mention the following details in the email:
- Contact person's name
- Contact person's email address
- Contact address and telephone number
- Best time for the support team to respond via phone, if necessary
- CD key of the license in use (The CD key can be found on the installation CD case)
